| • | All Church Associations and Church Organisations to give their Notices for Saturday and Sunday by the preceding Thursday. Notice matter should be brief and to be given in the Church office and posted in respective Whatsapp groups |
| • | Notices by Associations or Parish groups will be read only twice i.e. on two consecutive Saturdays/Sundays only |
| • | All Associations and Parish groups to inform the Church office, the name of the organization, date and time when these meetings are held |
| • | A circular has been received from the Bishop’s house regarding Mass Intentions . A copy of the same has been displayed on the Notice Board |
